1- Oats
Rich in complex carbohydrates, which help stabilize blood sugar levels, promoting mood stability.

Contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that protect against stress-induced cell damage.
2- Almonds
Packed with vitamin E, which is known to fight oxidative stress.
High in magnesium, a mineral that helps regulate cortisol, the body’s stress hormone.
Provides healthy fats that support brain function and mood balance.
3- Blueberries
Loaded with antioxidants like vitamin C, which reduces stress and combats free radicals in the body.

• 1/4 cup chopped almonds
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together, roll into small balls, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving 😋
