Blood Types and How To Adapt For Optimal Wellness
The Real Evolution Revolution‼️
Did you know that it’s been proven that our blood type determines what we should eat, the supplements we should take or avoid, what diseases and medical issues we are at risk for, how it affects our mental health and how we should exercise?
Your blood type is a genetic blueprint and is a more accurate measurement of your identity- older than your race and more fundamental than your ethnicity. It can be a prediction for certain diseases and here's one example. There are two major stomach diseases and they're associated with certain blood types. One is peptic ulcer disease (PUD) and it's related to high stomach acids - more common in blood type O because we produce more stomach. The second one is stomach cancer and that's linked to lower levels of stomach acid production and pernicious anemia and that is more common in blood type A.
This might be a new concept for you as it was for me many years ago until I implemented it in my life and I really saw the changes. It wasn't only physically like the weight loss, increased muscle tone and agility. Psychologically I was more motivated with decreased anxiety and depression and the list goes on and on- it changed my life it really did. I don't do it 100% of the time, but I do it a majority of the time because that's when I feel my BEST‼️
Blood Types
Blood type O (The Hunter) is the oldest and most basic and we are known as the hunter-gathers and survivors at the top of the food chain. We have very strong immune systems that are willing and capable of destroying anything- friend or foe. We are meat eaters due to a very hardy digestive system, but on the other hand, have an overactive immune system.
Blood type A (The Cultivator) are basically what we would call the first foreigners or immigrants and that was due to the necessity of migration and having to adapt to an agrarian food source and lifestyle and as a result of these crowded communities. This blood type personality is more of a “cooperative or tolerant type”. Their health thrives as vegetarians.
Blood type B (The Nomad) evolved due to adapting the new climate and populations. They had to move around a lot and required a more “balance and focus” due to the demands of their immune system and also the tensions in the mind. This blood type responds best to stress with creativity.
Blood type type AB (The Enigma) is like marrying a “tolerant type A to a more balanced type B” so it's like the integration of both. They have a sensitive digestive system and a very tolerant immune system
First let me state this is NOT a diet!
There are foods that are “highly beneficial” in each of the food categories that are like medicine to our body. The foods that are “neutral” are for nutrition and calories. The foods that should be “avoided” are like poison to our bodies and we should really avoid them at all costs because they're going to cause all kinds of health problems.
I'm going to include strengths, weaknesses, medical risks, keys to weight loss, supplements and exercise regimen. Note on exercise- if a blood type A does a strenuous exercise, it wears them out and they they just are fatigued- they're more likely to do well with yoga and things like. Blood type O we need to be exercising strenuously, sweating and using up a lot of energy because that's what we for stress relief and wellness. I can certainly attest to that‼️
It is important to know your Blood Type. You will be amazed to learn the information and once applied to your life, it can change everything!
👉🏼 Let me add that there are some exceptions like those with kidney disease, or have a heart dysrhythmia that causes them to take a blood thinner 👈🏼
There is so much to be said here, and it could be a book, I’m going to add two links for videos below - both of these focused more on Blood Type O because it is the most common. 🎯 If by chance you’re not this particular blood type, please feel free to share with someone that you know. They will thank you 🙏
