thank you, Linda. Sometimes people say I should offer less steps, but I wanna give people different options because everybody's different. On one of my articles actually gave 10 steps. I think it was on productivity or something like that 😉
Going outdoors is my #1 defensive mode to combat burnout or any other thing bothering me. Thanks for all of the tips!!
Marylee, that's the best one for me. Gotta have my outside time or I don't do well. living out on 10 acres in the country helps a lot 😉
