thank you it's real life. We all go through things and I think if we talk about it more than try to hide it it's actually healing and it gives others hope. So glad you watched it. Thank you for your support.
yes, I've heard of those before but yeah, I think they can't try to find you. I don't know if that's gonna change with a new administration or not who knows? I'm not counting on it, but we will see. I won't pay a fine. I absolutely won't. I'll come up with some legal reason they can't do that and take them to court. If I have to I mean, that would be ridiculous, but I had heard that from someone.
That was a wonderful podcast. I agree with @Daniel P. Hirsch, when @Kathleen spoke about walking through the fire. I can relate. I was bedridden for 2 years because of my rapid deteriation of my bones, I had been Medicallly neglected by my former PCP. For 15 years I was injected with epidural shots (every month) that damaged my entire bodies nervous system. To a point where I was at the 3rd stage called (boggling stage = my body was slowly dying). But there is a lot more after that. My 1st Surgeon gave me a death sentence and told me that nothing can be done. I went to go to a second opinion, at St. Luke's hospital and I received a major back surgery. But there was more.... thank you for sharing your story.
And how are you now, Ashley? Have you ever worked with someone like myself and tried holistic practices along with any medications that you might be on to see if those can be reduced and even possibly eliminated?
During the 2 years my weight was at 220 pounds now I weigh 130 pounds. Less then 2 years ago. My PCP put me on 32 narcotics for pain but I never swallowed 1. I'd rather dealt with my pain. Here is the funny part you will enjoy. Even after my surgery she kept prescribing me these narcotics, so I'd gathered them all up, which were 3 trash bags filled. I didn't eant to just toss them into the trash, because we have children in the neighborhood. I took them to the fire station and asked the fire fighter to burn them. He looked at me completely in terror and said , ma'am those are all yours ? I said , yes I just want to see what it would have done to my body?
He answered, ma'am we put fires out but we don't start them.
I kindly agreed, and asked him to safely destroy them.
His face looked as if he lost a few shades of white.
that's unbelievable. I can't believe they allowed the PCP to put you on 32 narcotics because pharmacies really monitor that I mean I believe you for sure and I know there's a lot of different types of pain medication. so glad that you were able to deal with the pain, but three trash bags full . I can't even imagine the look on the faces of the fire fighters. Glad you didn't put them in the trash. I flushed things before, but I have a septic tank so it's not going into like a water system and those were just medications back in the day where I had side effects so severe that's part of me going completely holistic. Sounds like you're doing a lot better now and I'm really glad to hear that. pain is a terrible thing I've dealt with it with herniated disc and slipping discs in my back all related to just lifting so much in the ICU and of course I always done a tremendous amount of physical work, but I've taught myself not only how to get through it when those things happen, but really to not overdo it and prevent it you know with hydration and stretching and doing my range of motion and my exercise exercises before I even go out to work say 12 Hours and like I said before you know I could run a chainsaw for six hours and then I have to clean all that up and I'm picking up things that are weighing 40 and 50 pounds especially after a hurricane so it keeps me young. It keeps me moving- when we stop moving things don't seem to work as well so we have to keep moving. You've gone through a lot and overcome a lot of things as well. I'm very proud of you. And really appreciate you sharing part of your story because it will help others π€ππ
Thank you for allowing me to share and being so supportive, not only during the live interview, but throughout us knowing each other. You're a very special lady π
What an interesting talk between two ladies who know and understand their business! Love it. Thank you both for sharing your knowledge and passion with your audiences.
I loved this interview! It was nice getting to know you through this conversation :)
Thank you, Mark. I'm gonna be doing a lot more lives. I want to introduce my paid members and support them π

Such a great interview to you both.

Well Iβll support you if it comes to that. Just crazy.
Was there anything specific that stood out to you from either Claudia or myself?
Not for me, but it was an easy conversation to follow. I hope many take you up on your offer to join ..I hope they realise what they are getting!
One has already, but the 24 hours aren't over yet π thank you for your support. Claudia was wonderful as always π
And so were you Kathleen. Your passion for guiding others shines brightly π
thank you, Karen. I definitely know it's my life's calling and I've known at all my life.
Simply amazing. I had no idea it was mine. It was after I cured myself of Crohnβs disease.
Great video, it was very interesting to hear your origin story for your superpower of being a passionate source of healing and information.
That was a tiny portion, but I think it kind of got the point across π Claudia makes things so easy...
Nurses wear capes, you know or at least we used to.
we always do they're just invisible π¦ΈββοΈ
