I eat steak three times a week. I eat meat every day... and I'm very healthy and not over overweight 😉
I've mentioned eating according to my blood type and I'm never hungry and the first time I did it I dropped 11 pounds and wasn't even trying to.
Blood type O, we are hearty meat eaters because we have an overproduction of acid in our stomachs, it's based on our DNA - so we need things that we can break down or will we would have stomach problems if we didn't eat that way
Even on the carbs there's very few carbs and almost no dairy and wheat products that I can eat or I will put on weight.
So that brownie that I mentioned was made with organic non-GMO type of wheat that I can use and everything is natural as possible. Really do I make them but when I do, I use a mini cupcake pan and it's one bite and that's it. So it's still healthy 💪

Thank you, JR that means a lot coming from you 🙏
You are welcome ❤️
Love the part with quinoa and brownie. I like the days when the good old T-bone steak hits my plate. 😎
Wonderful article beautifully written 👏

So, let's pack that bag and climb that mountain.
The path is the goal.
