I’ve been putting a lot of focus on rest lately and I’m constantly surprised by how hard it is!! It’s so easy to pick up the phone and scroll or turn on the TV, but neither of these are truly resting!
We go to lie down and rest. The next thing you know our phones are on our hands and that's really not resting and watching the TV. It keeps our mind working- if we could just really rest and let our minds and our bodies rest
sleep is so important too- that's when our body truly does recover and it repairs itself so it's so important ...you hit the nail on the head! 🔨
it can be debilitating for sure... and then usually depression will set in and the thing is there are answers and solutions and a lot of it is in past trauma and unresolved issues.
It can be addressed, dealt with and healing can definitely occur. It happened for me. I always tell people don't give up hope and I know what the doctors say and like I said they're partially right, but they don't know what to do to help people - usually send to a psychiatrist or put on some type of medication that has side effects and makes things worse.
The picture alone speaks volumes. Living with constant fatigue is hell. And not to know where to start improving your life is - well, is there something worse than hell?
But reading Kathleens post is definitely a good start for your healing journey.
I wanted to add that I'm completely healed from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia 🙌

I also realized this only after I got into it. if you don't experience you don't really understand how bad it can be...

Thank you Daniel. It was hell! So grateful I don't have to live with it anymore 🙏
