I'm glad there are nurses like you who know the benefits of skipping pills and helping the body heal itself. ❤️

So many truths and familiar feelings arise as I read your post.

I can almost feel you in that moment, how your body took the hit and did its best to support you.

Your deep knowing, how you harmonized it all; body, mind, and emotion back into equilibrium.

I’ve felt this too, more than once. And reading it through your lens, I feel your love and compassion, not just for yourself but for us and for the lives you’ve yet to meet.

You are doing deep, loving work in a crucial time for humanity.

🥰 I have to give you some credit as well as for the growth that's happening now and making me aware of things that I don't understand or should I say don't remember...yet! You're the best and I'm so glad that we've met. I really feel a connection with you. Really excited about this upcoming week and especially next Saturday, which I'll be announcing soon. 😉💕🙏

Thank you for this. I had a similar experience when my Aunt died. Also, here to day that acupuncture and massage DO help ALOT with grief.

acupuncture, massage or great modalities to use for really just about anything. I'm also a licensed massage therapist, but did not become an acupuncture physician because I needed a major surgery and just with the time to recover and everything was not able to go back to school, but I do go every week and the benefits are amazing!

Really liked the aspect where you said to stop for a moment and ask the body before medicating to silence it. In today's world, most of the time we just take medications to manage the symptoms and get on with our fast paced life without bothering to investigate the root cause of the issue. It is not right and should be avoided.

Debarpan, exactly! they pass out medication like candy and I think a lot of people want quit fixes, but it never resolves the problem and then they have to deal with the side effects of the medication and they give another medication for the side effects of that medication. I've seen it for almost 3 decades. Get to the root cause of the problem and not only will that problem be resolved, but likely other issues that the person is having. It's just that simple.

Absolutely. There are a lot of diagnostic tests as well that are available for this purpose only.

Thank you for this tender reminder. I was ugly crying and weeping one morning without knowing why. Later I got the news that my grandmother had passed away that morning. The body has so much wisdom.

I really appreciate your content. 🙏🏽

Yes, we were beautifully and wonderfully made weren't we? i'm sorry for your loss and I know that it's gonna happen to all of us. I don't think of it as death anymore. I think of it is crossing over to the other side, but we are humans and have feelings and emotions and it does affect us.

God bless you, Rev Evelyn 🤗💕🙏
