I'm again a bit behind because I'm just seeing this post! I love your new name, and I think changing it feels like such a bold move, like giving your work/writing a fresh layer of meaning.

I love your message Kathleen, about wellness not only being stress free, and instead it's about transformation. How clear and clean that feels, leaving the negativities behind and growing with new health. Great decision to make the name change.

Thanks you for sharing this, Kathleen, it's so useful to read your reasoning and I love the new name (just as I loved the old one). I've been thinking about changing my pub name, and seeing how other people are doing it is very helpful. Thanks again!

thank you, Sheridan. there's pros and cons using your name, but in branding yourself, it's a very good choice..

I know people that use their real name for branding and they say even as far as SEO optimization or for clicks that with what they're already doing with their content and their titles, that's what's going to help.

I do think in the long run when it comes to branding and marketing that using your name is probably the best way to go, but that's just my professional opinion from when I was in sales and marketing before I became a nurse .

For now, this was the best way for me to go, but in the future, once I'm established and people know me then I'll use my name as my brand.

hope that's not more confusing. It's just the journey that I'm on and we're all on a different journey.

A lot of people are going tell you a lot of different things, like I just did, But you know what? you know what's in your heart and what's in your gut and how you feel about it with your intuition and I would say start there, whatever it is, you can't go wrong šŸ˜‰

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts, wisdom, and nudge to follow my heart and intuition, Kathleen. That's exactly what I need to do more of in 2025. You set a great example :)

Fits so well Kathleen. Can’t wait to see you evolve with this new brand direction. A brand is so much more than a name - it’s an emotion.

As I was writing the comment today. I just received my order for Nattokinase. (Made from Natto fermented soy beans). There is so much one can do to give your body and health a fighting chance- Naturally. I retired as an accountant and economist and spent the last few years as a health economist working for a large insurance company. I can say with confidence the Health care system is in big trouble. Its sad that it cant be fixed and will continue to get more costly and people will get less healthy as a result. The US spends double what others do and we are far from being healthier. Prevention and Knowledge about healthy lifestyles are crucial. Is there a way to send you that article on different types of wealth? As i learn more (about substack), i would like to have my subscribers /readers visit your newsletter.

You can recommend me is what I've been told. I believe it's under settings and recommendations.

And that product you just received is very good . I'm almost positive it's organic and non-GMO.

Like the name change. Whatever it takes to reach more people. In one of my newsletters, i wrote about the different types of wealth. Many people equate wealth with money. There is Health wealth, in my opinion is the more important.

I'm glad you see that Joseph, a lot of people don't. I've seen people's lives change because of their health or an accident on the expressway in a matter of minutes (sometimes seconds).

And you can have all the money in the world, but if you don't have your health- It doesn't matter. I've seen it as an RN for almost 30 years.

And we have to learn to take care of ourselves because the ā€œmedical industryā€ is changing so much. I saw it change through my whole career. They Band-Aid things, they don't get to the root cause and most of the things that they give medication for or end up doing surgeries or whatever the case is could have been prevented.

The other thing, insurance companies are changing like crazy. My parents have Medicare and they're having to pay more and more out-of-pocket And it doesn't matter what the Physician says.

Well, I'm a strong advocate for not only my parents, but friends and family, and people in the community. I'll help anybody get their physician to write things in a way that the insurance company will have to cover it.

People have to have an advocate and I'm a very strong advocate and for my paid subscribers, I will advocate for them too.

Whether it's something in the ā€œmedical systemā€ or if they want to go the holistic way- I can help them either way because I have experience with both.
