My backs been giving me fits and a good friend keeps saying make Golden Milk before bedtime. She swears by it!

I googled and now here's the best source, Kathleen! Yay!!

She had mentioned adding a bit of organic coconut oil. That sounded icky to me. What do you think?

I put a tablespoon organic non- non- gmo coconut oil in each cup of my hot herbal tea that I drink all day long

and it doesn't go rancid because I keep it in the refrigerator, especially here in Florida,

If left out on the counter during our summer months. It would be liquid. .

I didn't know if you knew - I have two herniated discs in my cervical spine and three herniated discs in my lumbar spine, not include the bulging ones from lifting so many years in the ICU

They wanted to do surgery on my neck in 2020 I said no way.

You know I take care of 10 acres by myself I can run a chainsaw for hours, climb up on my parents 4000 square-foot house roof to clean it (like a man some say) and so much more and I have no problems except when I overdo it and that's on me. But I also know how to treat that and recover overnight..

There's many things that you can do for back issues and sometime after Christmas if you want a DM or talk to me, I can definitely help you with your back, etc.. I'm also a licensed massage therapist of 17 years. 😉

MCT is extracted from coconut oil, so the coconut oil in itself can go tarty.

Indulge me, Diana. MCT? And what does "tardy" mean in this context? To me tardy is late to school. 😜

Donna, you can even buy MCT in a capsule form- but I prefer getting things from the "food source" itself. I think it's the best way.. your body (and your brain) will thank you

Google is my friend, too, Diana 💜 Does this explain MCT well?

"MCT in coconut oil stands for Medium-Chain Triglycerides. These are a type of fat found in coconut oil that are easy for our bodies to use for energy. They're absorbed quickly and have potential health benefits, like helping with weight management and providing energy for the brain"

I used to put in coffee to extend fasting. It has no taste but the coffee becomes smoothier to drink.
